And if it passes the House, when the ninth goes to the Senate next week, it won't get a review from labor senator Paul Perriot.
On October fourth, the National Trade Union Congress Of Belize has written to Perriot telling him that he is nonfunctional in office due to non-attendance at meetings and non-performance of duties.
Based on that they have decided to replace him as senator and nominees for a new labor senator will now be entertained.
