Digital Camo Without Permission Is A Crime
posted (October 25, 2011)
Thirty nine year old Albert Talbert who was in court last week for drug trafficking and 2 counts of possession of a controlled drug, was back in court today charged this time with the unlawful purchase of a BDF uniform, specifically that digital camouflage Battle Dress Uniform we showed you last week.

It was found inside TALBERT's apartment in Belize City last week Thursday along with a significant stash of weed. He was initially charged only for the drugs but yesterday he was charged for the offence of "unlawful purchase of military stores". Talbert pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared before Magistrate Sherigne Rodriguez. She imposed a fine of three hundred dollars. She gave him until November 30 to pay. If he defaults on payment he will serve 6 months.

Talbert said he brought the uniform from a BDF soldier for $50. As we understand it, the BDF soldier who sold him the uniform will be dealt with internally by the BDF Adjutant.
