Renan Briceno Jr. was taken back to Magistrate's Court today where he was arraigned for murder.
This is after 19 year old Dale Tillett died yesterday morning - five days after Briceno allegedly shot him in a New Year's Eve dispute at the Palm Island nightclub.
Briceno, Cousin of the former leader of the Opposition John Bricneo, was remanded until February 16th.
He had a bail application pending for the previous charge of Attempted Murder - but, generally, there is no bail for murder, except in exceptionally rare cases. It has only happened twice, to our knowledge.
