Around 11:40 this morning, the Gang Suppression Unit searched the apartment room of Marvin Foreman - at 4314 Louise Bevans street.
Foreman was not present at the time, but the search was done in the presence of 22 year old Jason Reynolds who police say was inside one of the bedroom apartments at the time.
During the search, four black plastic bags were found containing 276 grams of cannabis along with (8) live .22 rounds of ammunition inside a mattress.
A warrant in the first instance has been issued for Marvin FOREMAN who will be charged jointly with Jason REYNOLDS for the offences of Kept Ammunition without a Gun License and Drug Trafficking.
