Man Busted By GSU Goes To Court
posted (February 9, 2012)
Yesterday, we told you about 22 year-old Jason Reynolds who was arrested and charged for drug trafficking and keeping unlicensed ammunition - after GSU conducted a search on the home of Marvin Foreman, where Reynolds was present. He was arraigned before Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer today.

Reynolds, who is an apprentice plumber residing on Fabers Road, pleaded not guilty to those charges in court. Because of the nature of the offenses, he was not granted bail and was remanded to Belize Central Prison until March 26. As we reported last night, the Gang Suppression Unit conducted a search at the home of Marvin Foreman at #4314 Louise Bevans Street. Foreman was not at home, but Reynolds was. Officers found 8 live rounds of .22 ammunition and 4 plastic bags containing 276 grams - or 9.74 ounces - of marijuana in the house.

Foreman is still at large, but police have issued a warrant for his arrest.
