Last night we told you about Jason Gilharry, a 20 year-old UB student charged with Unlawful Cultivation of Marijuana Plants. Well tonight we have the pictures to accompany the story, AND police are reporting that it is 23,000 plans not the 2,300 that was read in court.
These lots were found in Corozalito Village, and the cannabis plants measuring 5 to 8 feet high have since been uprooted and destroyed by the police. Gilharry has pleaded not guilty to the charges, and is to return to court on April 17th.
