40 year old Larry Sutherland is in the KHMH in a stable condition after he was shot on Saturday night.
Sutherland was on Racoon Street Extension along with friends when three men rode up on bicycles and fired several shots - one of them hit him in the center of his back.
Sutherland declined an interview today.
