Many an eyebrow was raised today when a notice went out announcing a House Meeting for next week Thursday.
It's another one of those special sittings - but from what we've been told by Government sources - there's nothing too special on the agenda.
According to our reports, Government intends to pass legislation introduced at the last special sitting and may table for a first reading other legislation as may be required to meet the terms of a policy based loan with the IDB.
Back in June, the Prime Minister had announced that Government is asking the IDB to partially guarantee the restructured Belize bonds.
