And, as we close tonight, an update on Prime Minister Dean Barrow. He underwent back surgery on Wednesday at the DISC Sports & Spine Center in Newport Beach California. The surgery went well, and we've learned that Neurological Spine Surgeon Robert Bray removed a build-up of scar tissue from a previous surgery which PM Barrow had done in Belize 11 years ago. The Press office reports that the surgery took two and a half hours and shortly after he was alert and able to walk. He remains under observation and it won't be known for a few days whether the surgery succeeded in alleviating his chronic, acute back pain. As has been reported, PM Barrow has three herniated disks.
