San Ignacio Police found the 43 year-old dentist on the ground in an unconscious state in a pool of blood inside his business place, Gamez Dental Clinic.

He reported to police that at around 4 o'clock this morning, he and his ex-wife Juana had a fight. While he was dragging her into the street, she managed to grab a knife and she sliced him on the arm. She was detained, and when she was examined by a doctor, it was found that she also had injuries to her body.
