The BDF and the US Military teamed up for a training operation called Fused Response between March 5th and 14th.  IT was staged in locations across Belize, but the local media was not invited.  But US Military media did have a front row seat.  They have published picture son a military website which show mostly US troops engaging in a series of simulations and training exercises.
