They are 39 year old Darrell Rowland, a resident of 200 Pigeon Street, Ladyville; 37 year old Angela Burns, a public officer of 205 Sunset Park, located at mile 8 on George Price Highway; and 45 year old Jessie Stephenson, a nurse who resides in Los Angeles. They were charged with keeping prohibited ammunition, keeping unlicensed ammunition and possession of .02 grams of cannabis. The police reported that on Saturday, February 14, they went to Rowland's house and when they searched the yard they found 5 rounds of prohibited ammunition, 2 rounds of .38 calibre unlicensed ammunition and a small quantity of weed.
