The students at the Queen Square Anglican Primary School got to enjoy their newly built playground set today. A ceremony was held in the school's
compound to officially open the park which is equipped with swings, slides and monkey bars – a kid's paradise. Some of partners in the Literacy and
Community Development project discussed how this playground will contribute of the student's social development.
The Literacy and Community Development program is a 3 year program. The cost of the playground is over $250,000 Belize dollars.
