In Belize City, 2 persons were shot on Saturday night just before 9:30. Officers visited the KHMH where they found City Residents Shane Flowers, a 23 year-old, and a 14 year-old female with gunshot wounds.
Initial investigations revealed that at 9:20 p.m., they were both were sitting under a house at # 10 Glynn Street when a man rode up on a bicycle and fired three shots at them causing their injuries. Flowers was injured on his head in an area where the injury was not life threatening, but the minor was shot in the abdomen.
We tried to reach their families for comment today, but they declined.
