Woman Accused of Stabbing Two Girls
posted (March 12, 2015)
33 year-old Nathalie Nicole Cadle, a resident of Iguana Street Extension, stands charged tonight of an almost unthinkable crime: attacking two defenseless young girls: one 13, the other only 3.

It happened on Monday at around 3:45 p.m. in Belize City. Police heard a commotion in front of the Civic Center compound, near the Belcan Bridge on Central American Boulevard. They found a toddler suffering with a stab wound to upper right side of her ribcage. They also detained Cadle who had a screw driver in hand; she is accused of stabbing the child with that tool. The child was then rushed to the KHMH where she was treated for her injury.

Police say the children were in front of the Civic Center compound when Cadle allegedly attacked them both. Yesterday afternoon, she was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and wounding. Police also recovered the screwdriver and kept it as evidence.

She will be arraigned in Magistrate's Court at the earliest convenience.
