All those interviews were done three and half hours ago after the national team's only workout session in the Dominican Republic. The workout was timed
to line up with tomorrow's match which will be played at 2:00 pm, Belize time – that's 4:00 pm in the Dominican Republic. When the ninety minute
session was finished Assistant Coach Slusher told us that it was just a very light session:…
Charlie Slusher - Assistant Coach
"Most of all is just getting use to the field. It was nothing specific when it comes to the game preparation for tomorrow. We couldn't really show any
way of any system or if we are playing four defence, five - three, five four or three forward, two forward. So we didn't really want to do anything
that would show that to our opponent because more than likely, where we're at, we believe that somebody is watching - and chances are they need to know
much more about Belize because again; The last couple of games we played, we played defence formation. So we didn't really want to show the team any
idea of what we are going to come with tomorrow. So we did all those stuff in Belize before we reached here. So today was just to get a feel of the
game and the guy to relax and just work and getting use to the bounce and all that thing that was given them a little problem."
And there's more news from the Dominican Republic to come – as Jules Vasquez who is embedded with the team – speaks to starting goalkeeper Shane Moody
Orio about tomorrow's start and if it affects his relationship with Woodrow West.
