Downtown Albert Street in Belize City was very busy this afternoon, as it usually is on the weekday. But that didn't stop a robber from snatching a large amount of cash right from the hands of a Belize Bank Customer.
The victim, a Chinese business man, had only just finishing his banking inside, and while he was walking to the parking area, a thief ran by, grabbed his manila envelope and ran away with it. We understand that he may have gotten away with as much as $70,000 dollars. Police say they'll have details tomorrow.
