His cousin told police he accidentally shot Cabral in the temple with his licensed 9 millimeter pistol while they were socializing on a boat in Seine Byte. Well, police disagree - they say it's murder, which means the cops are convinced there was the intent to killed. They have charged 52 year old Jeffrey Cabral with murder.
