Police United Need Big Bucks For Champions League
posted (June 17, 2016)
The schedule for the CONCACAF Champions League is not out yet, but the Police United FC has already commenced preparations to take on two of the biggest teams in the region. They go up against Pachuca, from Mexico and Olimpia from Honduras in the first round of the tournament. This is the first time that the Police United has represented Belize at such an international tournament. Now while this is certainly a remarkable feat, the venture is quite expensive. The team has proposed an initial budget of 200 thousand dollars.
