Paumen Got Back His Passport
posted (September 30, 2016)
Earlier this year, American-Belizean tour operator Bradley Paumen was charged with abetment to murder Michael Modiri. The hit was allegedly placed after the court ordered Paumen to pay Modiri, his next door neighbor, $300,000 for trespassing on his land to conduct his tours. After being charged, Paumen was forced to forfeit his passport and ordered not to leave the country.

Today, Paumen's attorney, Herbert Panton, submitted an application to Supreme Court Justice Antoinette Moore, asking permission for Paumen to get back his passport, and for him to travel to the US state of Missouri for twenty days in October. After reviewing the application and deciding that there was no risk of Paumen fleeing, Justice Moore accepted.
