An accident on the western highway this evening had commuters backed up for miles, and for hours. It happened near mile 21 before Rockville when a large SUV hit the back wheel of the bus. The SUV was driven by Boots Martinez's daughter Stacey Martinez – who was unhurt. There were no fatalities, and but traffic was stuck for over two hours. The accident happened at about a quarter to five, and traffic just started moving at 7:15. We'll have more details tomorrow.
