Cops Clean Up The Hood
posted (November 24, 2016)
Today the South Side Police, in collaboration with the Belize City Council, launched an initiative to clean up the empty lots in the South Side. The grass and trees in most of these lots have are overgrown, making them a prime location for drug traffickers to stash their product. Senior Superintendent Alden Dawson told us more about the effort...

Over thirty workers were transported to the Raccoon Street extension, which was the first leg off the initiative.
