74-year-old Salvadoran farmer Victoriano Chacon said that at 8:00 in the morning, three masked men - one of them carrying a shotgun - pulled up, demanding to see the homeowner Javier Orellana. He wasn't there and they stuffed Chacon inside a cement culvert - while they set the house on fire and left. The 49-year-old homeowner Orellana is also Salvadoran.
