Today 28-year-old Timothy Turton appeared in the Magistrate's Court where he was charged with the murder of Brandon Bradley. Turton is accused of gunning down the 17-year-old honor student near his home in Lord's Bank village last week. According to reports, Turton ambushed Bradley while he was riding home after socializing with his brother and some friends at a nearby shop and shot him in the chest. Bradley's family found him dead in some bushes a few minutes later.
Due to the nature of the offense Turton was not offered bail. He was remanded into custody until August 2.
