Four Men For Firearm, Suspect Says Cops Lied
posted (May 4, 2017)
Today four men were charged in the Magistrate's Court for firearm and ammunition related offences. Police stopped Kendale Green, Clive Smith, Aaron Flowers and Elwin Pollard Jr. in a green Dodge Caravan on Arlington Drive yesterday afternoon. Police searched the vehicle and found a black .38 special revolver along with five rounds of ammunition under the driver's seat. All four men were detained, but this morning Flowers told the court that he made a deal with the police at the time of the incident. According to his testimony, the police promised to let him go if he brought them another firearm. He alleged that after he brought them the second firearm the police asked him to bring a third, and when he was unable to produce another one, they broke the deal and arrested him as well.

All four pled not guilty in court and were remanded into custody until June.
