"Yes the investigation in terms of Mr. Bennet's murder is still ongoing. We know who did it. We have been unable to catchup with that person. The officers are still out there trying to locate that individual and we are hoping that when we do, we will be able to gather the necessary evidence against that person to further our prosecution."
Police are asking witnesses to come forward.
