And as we close tonight, we do so by paying respects to a former colleague,
Alger Bradley. The 46 year old former footballer, commentator and cornerstone
of the Belmopan community died at his home on Sunday after a prolonged illness.
Though he was well known throughout the country for his business and personal
contacts, the always engaging Alger came to us a football commentator, and his
passion for the game and competence on the microphone made him one of the best
at that. We were privileged to have worked with him, and we offer our condolence
to his family funeral services for Alger Bradley will be held tomorrow afternoon
at our lady of Guadalupe Church in Belmopan.
