"We note what has been reported, or what occurred with the Guatemala donation, or grant, and, we expect that we should not treat, be treated, any, any way unlikely (sic) to how Guatemala is treated. So, we, we have taken that under consideration too and we will see how that goes but I can't speculate on anything beyond that."
