It allegedly happened on January 2nd. The child's mother reported to police that she was in her house and looked out the window to see the man caressing her daughter's chest in a sexual manner.

Today, Bernadat Reyes, known as "Burns", a plumber of a West Street address, was charged with sexual assault before Chief Magistrate, Sharon Fraser. Reyes pled not guilty but the prosecutor objected to bail.
