Late this evening, police informed us that they have charged one notorious Ladyville figure for the double murder of Casey Lozano and Marlon Spain - which happened two nights ago.
The accused is 24 year old Jesse Mejia who has been charged for 2 counts of murder, and 2 counts of use of deadly means of harm, and 1 count of wounding and 1 count of grievous harm for shooting two other persons in the murderous melee.
Mejia has been charged for violent, gun-related crimes in Ladyville many times before.
Police may have been able to make the quick arrest because they were given a full account and description of what happened in that shooting.
