The country's biggest hospital is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Adrian Coye, who's been in the job since October 2014 has tendered his resignation. According to a release, the resignation was effective yesterday - and in accordance with the mandatory three month notice period in his contract - his tenure end on May 21st 2018.
Coye stays on at the hospital as a Cardio Thoracic Surgeon and the release says he will now focus his energies on developing the Cardio Thoracic Surgery Program.
The KHMH now has three months to find a new CEO to run the largest, and most difficult hospital in the country. They may also have to find a new Chairman of the Board- as Marilyn Williams was the board chairman last time we checked. She is now a judge, and cannot hold both posts because it would be a conflict of interests.
