Corozal Police destroyed an entire plantation of marijuana trees.
At around 6:45 on the morning of Friday, March 9, a team of officers conducted an operation at the Beight Fresh Water Creek and Camp in the Little Belize area of the Corozal district. That's where they came upon 1,573 marijuana plants, ranging from 6 inches to 4 feet tall.
No one was found in the area, and so the officers uprooted al the plants, and burnt them completely.
