16 year old Josue Tut Cabrera remains hospitalized at the Northern Regional Hospital after he was knocked down on Sunday night.

As we showed you last night, a security camera on the Belize - Corozal road captured when Tut was punched down by two men, not far from his home. He fell unconscious to the pavement, and a cane truck ran over him causing 5 broken ribs, a punctured lung, an injury to his liver, and internal bleeding.

Tonight Orange Walk police say they have the driver of the truck. He is 33 year old, Sergio Talango who was detained. They took a urine sample, and he was served with a Notice of Intended Persecution. The men who punched him are still at large.
