Police have charged the cane truck driver who ran over 16 year old Josue Tut Cabrera.
A security camera on the Belize - Corozal road captured when Tut was punched down by two men, not far from his home. He fell unconscious to the pavement, and the cane truck ran over him causing 5 broken ribs, a punctured lung, an injury to his liver, and internal bleeding.
Tonight 33 year old driver Sergio Talango has been charged with driving without due care and attention, failed to stop and render aid, failed to report an accident, and negligent grievous harm.
Police are still looking for the men who punched him.
