The Conundrum of Kendis’ Killing
posted (April 4, 2018)
But there's no amount of police diplomacy that can allay the concerns of Kendis Flowers' family. They've seen the security video police speak about - which the cops say shows that the GSU didn't kill the Ghost Town General. And they're not satisfied that it establishes anything. Williams said he understands:..

Jules Vasquez, reporter
"They say in their mind it is far from conclusive. It does not exculpate the GSU - in their minds. I know you have seen this video as well and certainly you had to be aware of the fact that the family was being allowed to see the video. What do you make of this conclusion that they have reach that? In fact they still feel the GSU was involved."

ACP Chester Williams
"I have in deed seen the video and the video like you rightly said, did not exculpate, but neither did it indict the GSU. And I have always said that investigation is not how we feel and how we think. Investigation is about written evidence that we have on hand. Documentary, real or otherwise and from investigation we have no evidence whatsoever, not an iota of evidence to suggest that the GSU were ever involved in the killing of Kendis Flowers. We do however have evidence to implicate an individual and we have put out a wanted poster for that individual that we are seeking in respect to kendis Flowers' murder and we are hoping that we can find that person and then we will charge that person and sent to prison where he belongs until the matter is heard. But I am not going to condemn the family of Kendis for feeling the way they do. That is just natural. They are family members. They have loss a love one, they are hurting, they are grieving and at the end of the day if that is how they seek satisfaction, then I respect that and I just hope and pray that one day they will come to the realization that in deed the police are not involved and we could move pass this."

Police fear that releasing the name of that wanted person in relation to this crime will endanger his life on the streets.
