"It has been extremely challenging coming from the private sector and now being in the public-sector administration, things are run different. Obviously, things are run different, but every challenge gives you an opportunity and I feel that with the right people in place, we have the right council, we have the right mind-set, we want to do things the right way, we want to ensure that there is no free for all here, but we want to be able to bring some kind of fiscal prudence, fiscal management, sound fiscal management in the council. I am optimistic Jules, I feel that we are on the right track and I'm certain that we will make Belize City proud. This council will go down in history as one of the best council.
