Here's how the whole thing went down:...

"We have selected our winner. It is Mr. Omar Chuc from Belize City. We're going to surprise him as he doesn't know he won the Wingle. We got in contact with his employer, and they're bringing him here thinking that they're coming into the store just to purchase something. When they come in we're going to have this congratulations for him. We have all the Wingles here as well from Caribbean Motors. They have a wide selection of Wingles. What we did is that once he comes in and knows he's the winner, he has the choice of selecting which wingle he wants."

"You are going to take home whichever Wingle you want, whatever color you want. You're the winner, you don't have to pay anything, you're just taking home a brand new Wingle. How do you feel about that?"

"It's the first time I feel so lucky, I've never won something like this before or anything before."

"Congratulations, we can now go outside and see which Wingle you would like to win of your choice."

"What did you think you were coming here to do?"

"My boss told me we're going to the city for me to help him. When we were coming, I thought maybe we came to buy something from Courts. He said come follow me. He opened the door and said to get in."

"About how many tickets did you have inside the barrel?"

"I think about 30 because I bought a sofa and a phone."

Reporter
"How useful is this truck for you? Were you really in need of it?"

Omar Chuc, winner
"Yes I really needed a vehicle, my last was about 5 years ago. When I sold that I didn't buy a next one."

Chuc is a Belize City resident. In total, there were about 30,000 tickets.
