There was a a commotion on George Street just a few minutes ago. 7NEws has confirmed with the acting Commander of the GSU, Sergeant Sam Bonilla that his officers did use non lethal ribber bullets to suppress three men who had been stoning at their vehicle.
As we understand it the GSU were in a private vehicle and picked up one of their officers in the area - which is a gang stronghold. Driving out, some persons started stoning at the vehicle. The police got out, and used the guns with rubber bullets and shot three men.
The men have been detained and the police are going to make a complaint against them.
