There is a very disturbing allegation of a sex crime tonight. A 14 year old high schooler says the school security guard had sex with her on campus. It is alleged to have happened at a high school on the City's southside. The girl says that on Monday, April 9th., at 3:30 pm, the 27 year old security guard called her to the third floor of the school where he had sex with her in a classroom.
She was examined by a doctor two days ago where she was certified to be carnally known and her injuries were classified as "Grievous Harm".Yesterday morning she went to the police station with her father to make a report.
Police picked up the guard, whose name is Ryan Neal when the Principal called him to the school yesterday.
He has been charged for Grievous Harm and Unlawful Sexual Intercourse.
We are told the school is doing its own investigation because there are cameras posted all over the campus. Additionally, many persons were still on the compound at 3:30 on the day it is alleged to have happened.
Ryan Neal will be arraigned on Monday.
