This evening, a 16 year old minor was taken over to the family court and charged for murder.
Police say he killed 30 year old Jason Belencio on Lovely Lane nine days ago.
The minor - whose face we cannot show - allegedly shot Belencio multiple times on a Sunday afternoon as he walked to his mother - in - law's home. Police did not disclose the motive and Belencio was not known to be gang affiliated.
