And over at Magistrate's Court - there was another male arraigned for murder. 28 year old Marlon Everett from West Canal was charged for the murder of Albert Johnson on Saturday night.
It happened on Rectory Lane, not far from West Canal - where Johnson - a Punta Gorda resident - was shot in the head.
Everett has been charged - but others from that area are also expected to face charges.
