Originally, 19 persons - old and young, male and female - were charged in connection with the 2015 home invasion at the Burrell Boom residence of Diplomat Sarkis Bou-Nahra.
But, that number has been successively whittled down by the courts, and tonight, one more name has been removed from the list.
Lane Grinage saw the charge of aggravated burglary charge withdrawn today by the police prosecutor prosecutor. He remains in jail on remand for a charge of carrying a prohibited firearm.
For the original Bou-Nahra home invasion - only four men still face charges for aggravated burglary. They are Tyrone Meighan, along with brothers, John and Sheldon Grinage and Brandon Baptist.
Meighan told the court that he's next to get off, telling Chief Magistrate, Sharon Fraser that the prosecutor told him that the charge would also be withdrawn against him.
Paul Jex Jr. is charged with raping the watchman's wife and his rape case has since been committed to stand trial at the Supreme Court.
