As we told you last night, San Pedro police made an interesting bust yesterday morning. They searched 18 year old John Hernandez - and it led them to his hotel room at the Central Hotel. Police searched the room and found seven 9 millimeter rounds of ammunition. They also learned that 21-year-old Tracey Betancourt is the one who had rented the room. Police arrested and charged both Hernandez and Betancourt with Kept Ammunition without a Gun License.
Betancourt is known as the girlfriend of the recently murdered Paul Jex.
