San Pedro police have arrested and charged two men for attempted murder and use of deadly means of harm after a brazen and callous crime caught on surveillance camera.
Last Thursday morning at 4:00 am - two men were walking when two men rode up fast on a golf cart and simply knocked one of the men down. He was flung to pavement while his friend stood by helpless as the men in the golf cart calmly came over and robbed him. Even though he was knocked out, they calmly searched his pockets and then did the same to his friend. After that they walked off with what they got and left.
The friend was then left to try and get help for his injured companion.
Island police say they have charged two men, Denfield Tasher and Moses Mejia for attempted murder, and use of deadly means of harm.
