Last year in December Abner Patt reported to police that his Toyota Hilux was stolen from in front of his residence. The police investigated and while they were not able to recover the vehicle, 6 months later but they charged 22-year-old Belize City resident Calbert Humes and charge him with vehicle theft.
He appeared today before senior Magistrate Aretha Ford. He pled not guilty to the charge and was released on a bail of $6,000 plus sureties of $3,000 each. His next court date is June 14th.
