Rudolph Kelly Jr. died from a stab wound, and not from the accident - that is what his family tells us the post mortem results say. As police reported, Kelly left from Eight Miles and came back to Belize City with two stab wounds to his left hand. He passed a checkpoint on Central American Boulevard, where he was bleeding profusely and told the police that he was racing to the hospital. But he lost control at the roundabout and crashed into the lamppost. An ambulance carried him the rest of the way, but he died later that night. Police are still trying to figure out what led to the stabbing - but will now have to investigate his death as a murder.
