And a murder investigation has also been opened up in the case of Rudolph Kelly. The 52 year old died last week Tuesday night after an accident in which he was found behind the wheel with massive stab wounds to his arms.

"A postmortem examination was conducted on the body of Mr. Kelly and at the conclusion of the postmortem the doctor certify that the cause of death was because of internal and external, due to 2 stab wounds that he had received to his left arm. So that matter automatically turns to be a murder investigation."
"What we have gathered so far is that police definitely knows that he had an altercation with other persons. However, up to now where the incident took place we cannot establish. We have detained 2 persons in regards to this investigation. We are looking for one more person. Unfortunately we had to release the 2 person because of not having enough evidence to have them in custody."
There are no suspects in this murder at this time.
