Yesterday evening, just before 6:00, Customs was patrolling the Estero Road when they stopped this Toyota Camry taxi. They saw one of the passengers throw a brown paper bag out of the passenger window, and when they looked inside they found one and a half pounds of marijuana. Four men were inside and they were all charged for drug trafficking. They are 43 year old Jermaine Flores Baltazar from Corozal, 21 year old Rafael Garrido Jr. from San Antonio, and 34 year old Victor Dominguez, and 26 year old Darren Carrias both from San Andres.
