Next up is the NEMO and Transport Minister, Edmond Castro. He told us that he doesn't think too much about the PM's reassignment of the Natural Resources Ministry portfolio. From his perspective, the PM can reshuffle his Cabinet as many times as he sees fit:

"The prime minister is the prime minister and the prime minister he has that prerogative. If he wants to shuffle cabinet or he wants to shuffle me every 3 days or every 4 days that's his prerogative. So there's nothing wrong, unno di dig too deep into."

"You are asking me something, you will wait until I answer you, you will talk foolishness. I believe the prime minister prerogative to shuffle cabinet as he sees fit and that end there. Dr. Carla Barnett is a hard worker, very brilliant lady and she..."

"So then why move her?"

"If I tired of NEMO and I said PM I'm tired of NEMO, try find somebody else to take over NEMO no man and I'm asking him to make somebody take over NEMO, why would that be a problem? It makes no sense papa. If you tired of working at Channel 7 and you said Jules I don't want to work for you no more, please find somebody else I will give you enough time, please find somebody else to take my spot, what's wrong with that?"
The new Cabinet assignments take effect on Monday, June 25.
