Another accused murderer has gotten bail. Twenty-eight year old Mathew Moore who has been on remand from March of 2011, was offered a bail of $25,000 today.
His attorney Oscar Selgado, successfully argued that he should be granted bail because his right to a fair trial within a reasonable time has been breached.
Mathew Moore is charged with the murder of 29 year old Andrew Moses who was shot and killed in March of 2011. He was walking on Kraal road when his assailant shot him in his chest, abdomen and leg.
